WORLD WAR ERA I, 1910's VINTAGE DOUBLE BREASTED & BELTED MOTORING TRENCH COAT
World War I era, 1910's vintage belted motoring trench coat. Khaki-camel tan heavy cotton twill. Double breasted. Rounded point collar with double button tabs. Long pleated puff sleeves with button tab at cuff. Hip pockets with button flaps. Detachable self belt with double button closure. Original stone buttons (12 large, 9 small). Full inverted pleat center back, stitched down from neck seam to waist. Rare & noteworthy -> WWI era woman's trench coat!

Back length measured from collar fold to hem edge - 48"
Condition:
Very good. Shows soil marks throughout, consistent with a motoring coat used to protect garments underneath. Underside patches to reinforce pocket corners (unseen when wearing). Bottom button broken, back button replaced. Small neat repair above hem, small fray at hem edge. Great wearable WWI era coat!
