MEN's 1800's VINTAGE TAN with BROWN TWILL STRIPE BUCKLE BACK WORKWEAR TROUSERS
Authentic 19th century vintage workwear buckle back trousers. Tan with brown twill stripe wool with woven 3/4 inch wide brown border stripe. Button fly. Side seam pockets. Coin pocket at right waist seam. Suspender buttons at outside waist. High waisted back, horizontally pieced center back waistband. Self back buckle with black cotton piping and metal buckle (1855). Cotton twill facings & pocket linings. Mix and match vintage buttons: painted metal, black dyed bone and porcelain. Original buttons appear to be painted metal. All original, NOT a reproduction. Remarkable example of early workwear trousers.

Condition:
