19th CENTURY VINTAGE MENS BUCKLE BACK WORKWEAR TROUSERS
Late 1800's vintage workwear buckle back trousers. Dark green smooth tightly woven wool. Inset front hip pockets and bound back hip pockets, all with sculpted point } top stitch detail. Coin pocket at right waist seam with printed lining (see photo). Suspender buttons on outside waistband with reinforcement V top stitching. Button fly with inside button tab. Mode De Paris metal sew-on buttons. Brass hook waist closure. Notched center back waist. Darts below back waistband left & right. Buckle back marked: Solide, Germany. Shirting calico type stripe cotton waist facing. All original, NOT a reproduction. Very interesting example of early workwear trousers.

Condition:
Distressed. Fabric is strong and wearable, however there is heavy natural wear and tear to these used workwear trousers. Soil discoloration and many repairs. One button replacement. Completely wearable.
